Singer Heize revealed her feelings regarding the cancellation of her concert.
On the 8th, Heize opened up on her SNS by saying, “I am so sad and upset that I cannot express it in words about the ‘2025 MyK FESTA in Gyeongju’ performance that we were scheduled to meet today being canceled.”
She continued, “I came to Gyeongju yesterday and prepared to meet you with excitement, and arrived at the concert hall at 4 PM today and waited for the moment to meet you, but due to problems with the on-site sound system, not to mention the performance, even rehearsal was impossible.”
She continued, “I apologize and feel regretful for having to make those who have been waiting and anticipating today as much as I have,” and added, “I hope to see you again in the near future, and I am conveying my greetings that I could not express today in this way.”
‘2025 MyK FESTA in Gyeongju’ is a large-scale Hallyu festival held on the 7th and 8th. Heize was originally scheduled to perform on the first day, but due to issues with the organizers, the performance was canceled, and she ended up apologizing to fans on her behalf.
Her agency, P NATION, also announced on their official Instagram that day, “Heize’s performance at the ‘2025 MyK Festa in Gyeongju’ scheduled for the 7th was canceled due to a breakdown in the local performance team’s sound system and sound equipment.”
