    Aespa Tops July Girl Group Brand Reputation Rankings After ‘Supernova’ Success

    Aespa, who had a major hit with “Supernova,” ranked first in the July girl group brand reputation rankings

    The Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute analyzed 60,356,202 pieces of brand big data measured from June 14, 2024, to July 14, 2024, to determine the brand reputation index of girl groups based on participation index, media index, communication index, and community index.

    The top 30 girl group brand reputation rankings for July 2024 are as follows: aespaIVETWICE, LE SSERAFIM, (G)I-DLE, Red Velvet, Apink, OH MY GIRL, Girls’ Generation, ILY:1, BABYMONSTER, tripleS, ITZY, Cignature, MAMAMOO, BLACKPINK, STAYC, KISS OF LIFE, LOONA, Girl’s Day, NewJeans, fromis_9, APRIL, woo!ah!, Kep1er, H1-KEY, EXID, Dreamcatcher, CANDY, NMIXX.

    aespa (Karina, Winter, Giselle, Ningning), who ranked first in the girl group brand reputation rankings, had a participation index of 198,016, a media index of 604,240, a communication index of 2,391,460, and a community index of 2,995,778, resulting in a brand reputation index of 6,189,495. This is a 14.41% increase compared to the brand reputation index of 5,409,956 in June.

    In second place, IVE (An Yujin, Gaeul, Rei, Jang Wonyoung, Liz, Leeseo) had a participation index of 219,232, a media index of 687,109, a communication index of 1,508,788, and a community index of 2,118,507, resulting in a brand reputation index of 4,533,636. This is a 21.67% decrease compared to the brand reputation index of 5,787,831 in June.

    TWICE (Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, Tzuyu), who ranked third, had a participation index of 69,904, a media index of 976,848, a communication index of 1,406,630, and a community index of 1,800,035, resulting in a brand reputation index of 4,253,417. This is an 85.10% increase compared to the brand reputation index of 2,297,941 in June.

    LE SSERAFIM (Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Huh Yunjin, Kazuha, Hong Eunchae), who ranked fourth, had a participation index of 122,332, a media index of 391,970, a communication index of 1,726,930, and a community index of 1,766,906, resulting in a brand reputation index of 4,008,137. This is a 65.29% increase compared to the brand reputation index of 2,424,984 in June.

    (G)I-DLE (Miyeon, Minnie, Soyeon, Yuqi, Shuhua), who ranked fifth, had a participation index of 57,120, a media index of 554,557, a communication index of 1,705,685, and a community index of 1,643,171, resulting in a brand reputation index of 3,960,533. This is a 53.38% increase compared to the brand reputation index of 2,582,202 in June.
